As an internationally active company, Optris GmbH puts great importance to a comprehensive assistance of our customers. This does not only include the guidance on infrared technology and new products, but also the ongoing exchange of experience with our customers. That is the best way to secure a sustainable success for the company.
Customer focus and extensive service features are of great importance to achieve the set service targets.
The Optris Service Center is open from Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm (exception: national bank holidays). All our application engineers consist of an excellent education as well as extensive experience covering our product range and various applications.
Information regarding your orders, products, return consignments as well as repair and calibration can be checked with our Service Center as well.
