The pyrometer optris CT LT is equipped with one of the world’s smallest infrared sensors with a high optic resolution of 22:1. Additionally, it offers a high variability due to selectable analog outputs as well as several digital interfaces in the electronics box.

CTex LT

The pyrometer optris CT LT is equipped with one of the world’s smallest infrared sensors with a high optic resolution of 22:1. Additionally, it offers a high variability due to selectable analog outputs as well as several digital interfaces in the electronics box.

The extended version, the pyrometer CTex LT, is additionally equipped with Zener double barriers (for employment in explosion-prone areas).

CTfast LT

The pyrometer optris CTfast LT is perfectly suited for especially quick measurements ,due to its extremely short response time of 6 ms. The unchoppered sensor allows a continuous temperature surveillance of fast processes in a spectrum of -50°C up to 975°C.

CThot LT​

for high ambient temperatures​

The pyrometer optris CThot LT has been developed for the most extreme conditions in high-temperature areas and is acclaimed for its especially high temperature resistance. Employment of the inrared thermometer in ambient temperatures of up to 250°C without additional cooling poses absolutely no problems.

Due to the mentioned features, the IR pyrometer is especially suited for applications in driers, in tempering for metal and glass industries, in the processing of plastics and textiles, and in the semiconductor production. By request, the IR thermoemters are available in an explosion-safe design with ATEX certificate.

CT 1M​

for high-temperature measurements of metal​

Due to their short measuring wavelength and the high temperature range of up to 2,200°C the pyrometer optris CT 1M and 2M are ideally suited for employment in high-temperature measurements of metals, metal oxides, and ceramics. The short measuring wavelength of the infrared pyrometer additionally decreases measuring errors during low or changing emission levels.

The small sensor head allows for easy installation in limited and cramped spaces. Moreover, it reliably measures temperatures even in ambient temperatures of up to 125°C.

The quick response time of only 1 ms allows for a problem-free use of the metal thermometer in fast processes.

CT 4M

high-speed pyrometer for low temperatures​

The quick exposure time of only 90 μs makes the high speed IR thermometer CT 4M the perfect sensor for measuring fast processes. Due to its short measuring wavelength and a temperature range from 0°C to 500 °C, the pyrometer optris CT 4M, is suitable for measurements of metals, metal oxides, ceramics or materials with unknown or changing emissivity.

The electronics box of the measuring device allows a flexible terminal device through selectable analog outputs as well as various optional digital interfaces.

CT G5

for temperature measurement of glass​

Due to its special spectral range of 5.0 µm, the pyrometer optris CT G5 is perfectly suited for the measurement of glass temperatures, e.g. during container glass production, vehicle glass production or solar cell production.

The IR thermometer’s stainless steel measuring head is extremely small and can be employed in ambient temperatures of up to 85°C without additional cooling. A multi-installation of the pyrometers, e.g. in series as line scanner, is therefore cost-efficient and can be performed even in limited spaces.

IRmobile App

With IRmobile you are able to monitor your infrared temperature measurement on a connected smartphone or tablet.You can analyze the live IR image stream from your connected camera with auto hot and cold spot detection.  This app works on most Android devices running 5.0+ with a micro USB port supporting USB-OTG (On The Go).

CompactConnect & CompactPlus Connect

The licence-free temperature analysis software allows simple and fast parameterization of all optris fixed-installed infrared thermometers. It further serves the analysis and documentation of temperature measurement values, thus optimizing process control.

The Software Compact Connect is suitable for IR Thermometers of CS | CSmicro Series and CT Series

The modern software with its intuitive user interface enables the data display of multiple sensors in different windows. Additionally, the temperature information can easily be saved in Excel or MS Word for further actions.

Regarding the infrared thermometers CT and CTlaser, up to eight different emissivity values of different materials may be entered with their corresponding alarm levels, enabling the simultaneous monitoring of several processes.
