Optris grants worldwide warranty for 24 months

The worldwide warranty time for all Optris products is 24 months.

Should your devices have a defect, be it within or after the expiration of the warranty time, we will repair the product as soon as possible, within the framework conditions indicated in the respective product manuals.

Optris guarantees an accurate dispatch of all products. However, repair services might be necessary from time to time in the line of the warranty period.

If you want to report a defect or seek further advice, please consult our Service Center. We will take care of your concern immediately.
