To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Development engineer for sensor related electronic hardware (m/f/d) as soon as possible:

Your Tasks

  • The focus of your diverse activities lies in the development of electronic circuits for individual printed circuit boards, assemblies and complete devices.
  • The main focus is on the development, commissioning and testing of analog front-end electronics for photodiodes and thermopiles.
  • You evaluate worldwide new developments in the field of infrared sensor technology and test their integration into the company’s own device developments.
  • You evaluate new components and technologies using simulations (LTspice, WEBENCH …), sample setups and prototypes. You will optimize electronic circuits to achieve different parameters within the given cost framework.
  • You design production-ready printed circuit boards for digital and analog electronic assemblies as well as production documents under your own responsibility.
  • You pay attention to EMC-compliant design and accompany the necessary tests in your own and external EMC laboratories.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in the field of electronics, physical measurement technology or a similar qualification.
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in the design of analog and digital circuits.
  • You have a solid theoretical and practical expertise in the field of sensor technology.
  • Ideally, you bring knowledge of the basic EMC standards.
  • You are confident in handling measurement and test technology and are able to build your own prototype circuits. 
  • If you are not able to cover all of the above points immediately, this should not be a criterion for exclusion, if you are willing and able to familiarize yourself quickly with new areas.
